My broker will not allow me to buy any shares because they're telling me they won't settle.
THis comes from the trading department at iTrade/Scotia here in Canada.
I pointed out to them that people are buying the stock now.
He said there is a global lock.
I explained there was and now it's trading on the grey market.
But they won't let me buy.
