The OS increased by 10000000 shares while Boris was preaching share buyback. His credibility is shot among the investment community. I posted not long ago that this thing would blow through .0175 and it has. Very soon it will blow through .014. Why would Boris talk about a buyback while they dilute? Any theories? As long as they keep diluting while lying this thig will continue downward.
