The recent sell off of a couple mil shares in the open market. That was most likely the company selling those shares. Not sure what to make of it just yet but it seems positive. I would think Dr Russel would not have done it unless it was necessary to complete this deal.After my many conversations with this man I do know financing still has to come into play to make it all happen so securing close to 100% ownership was probably a necessary means to an end. But one has to wonder why the other party would give up that ownership? Possibly Dr Russell has found a more productive partner to latch his wagon to?
