On September 18, 2019, appellees notified this court that the trial court action was dismissed, and the temporary injunction order was not in effect.

While I am no attorney it seems to me that once an injunction is lifted ERHC would be free to carry on with it's business duties.

But even if Sept 18th were the date of record....why no financials?....why no deal with Total? Nothing stopping any filings or announcements for almost a month now.

No filings....no deal with Total...no PR's period. Crickets from management.

I know....you believe there is a deal with Total....same as I think there is a deal between Warren Buffet and Apple. If no one can prove different then we both must be correct....that's the way it works...right???????
