Thanks TraderFan how did i miss that another Dumb ass Reverse on the OTC..

Some of these folks just destroy shareholders.



The Company anticipates performing a 1 for 1,000 reverse stock split on its common stock class, reducing the total
issued and outstanding common shares from 73,750,164 to approximately 73,750. The Company also anticipates
changing its name to Herbatech Life Inc.
