Filing appears to indicate the only K&J Funds Agreement "action" was an initial $100k on July29 @ price of .0088... And seems to be backed up with Subsequent Events section..Hope i'm wrong, but looks like $20m K&J Funds Agreement simply weak.

Imo, little more money raised for BZRTH acquisition..Why? ..Jimmy needs to get creative quickly with BizRight's Tan & Wang..They are afterall, 8.5% (each) SGMD shareholders.
