(TSXV: BRZ) (OTCQB: BLILF) (FSE: B6K2) ("Bearing" or the "Company") announces today that its Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, Jeremy Poirier, has informed the Company that he will be resigning from his role in order to pursue other endeavours. It is anticipated that Mr. Poirier will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer and as a director during the notice period in order to ensure an orderly transition.

In addition, the Company announces that it is issuing an aggregate of 900,000 stock options to directors and officers. Each of the stock options has an exercise price of 0.25 and will expire on October 11, 2023.
