A few things I want to know: we were ready to close the first "portion" of Bizrite in July as it was announced. Why was there no update on that? We've paid them all the shares owed plus about 15% of the cash owed. How much is the first piece and how much more do we have to pay them for it? How much is 12% of the Hempistry crop worth that's coming to us? What's Jimmy's plan for obtaining the $5.1M needed to completely close Bizrite?
