The longer we wait for the super 8k and the longer we wait to see if this has any effect on the share price makes the probability of that RS that the BOD approved back last year more of a chance to happen.

And when every shareholder is deeply hurt, sad, angry and upset the company will blame time as the problem and the reason they had to RS! The auditors didn’t get this done when we wanted it done. I wonder what the excuse will be. We’ve heard so many of them and know how Greg works. I don’t think he will be reachable after the RS takes place
