Definition of a roll of the dice. informal. —used to say that something could have either a good result or a bad result.

VYST is defiantly a roll of the dice!

Here one is betting that a product (Vytex) can be used in ways to produce revenue in meaningful amounts.

A product (Vytex) that no large company bothered to pick up the patents for, even at a minuscule price.

This supposed industry disruptive product (Vytex) NO ONE wanted.
but but... tires!! Did Goodyear, Michelin, Firestone, etc etc want this patent? guess not...

Something tells me that there are companies out there already making products like medical gloves, straws, allergy free mattresses/pillows/etc, and NONE of them were interested in the patents for Vytex.

So some 70 somethin' year old guy, that owns (part of) a one location furniture store, sneaks in and snatches the Vytex patents.

Gosh, he OUTSMARTED most of the modern world businesses!
The Rotman's now have the exclusive patents to a product that will rock the world.
40,000+ applications!!
And, it's GREEN ya know!
and NO ONE else wanted it...

Then, (yes, it gets better!) this business genius manages to find a way to get tens of millions of shares in this new (industry disruptive) company to his children for little to work on their part.

Have I mentioned the part where this business baron gets rid of ALL the company 3rd party debt?
That only took diluting the outstanding shares by adding another 600 MILLION shares to the pot.
Who even thinks of such wonderful business strategies?
Check out the big brain on Steve!

Amazing ain't it!
I mean, it just doesn't get any better than this.
Well, maybe it does...?

Stay tuned!

The money losing RX Air story is a real tearjerker.
(have tissues handy!)

oh, and then there is the whole Hughes Reactor / FEC thing.
NO ONE wanted that one either, but I don't want to spoil the ending.

Amusing how some will attack the poster when the post facts can not be disputed. How Progressive!
