That 'status date' shown is 3/1/2017.

Last annual report filed is 2016, which remains true today.

DE SOS site shows nothing filed since 2016 and company is NOT 'active'.

So he got rid of 2014 debt due from a previously profitable corp, but hasn't kept anything else up-to-date since? Why not?

Have you followed the links provided previously - you can start a chat w/ DE right from that linked page and inquire.

Alternatively you can ask Berman, but why would he start giving truthful answers now? He's in too deep imo.
