Glad they did that, was a necessary move to protect the stock, but, won't be needed plenty of time. Had to be put forward and voted on.

More than enough time but a prudent move none the less to have it there, in case, though i cannot understand why they would need it. But, then again this was put together long before the stock started appreciating.
