Mr B will never reactivate Box ships. He took both Box ships and Paragon dark so that he covers the fraud he committed. His interest is in his private fleet.. however now that Tadlock revealed few of his fraudulent actions one way or the other the SEC will be informed. Even if Tadlock and his lawyer have other plans in their mind.
Also i think Tadlock’s lawyer has the obligation to report a fraud in a public company.. she cannot stay silent...
Apart from Box ships mr B has also a lot of issues in Paragon Shipping. In this company he did not simply raided the funds but the assets of the company..
