LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

One Voice Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ONEV), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for the Telecom and Interactive Multimedia markets, today announced that Rural Independent Network Alliance (RINA) has signed a multi-year agreement with One Voice to offer One Voice's MobileVoice(TM) service to their wireless subscribers. The MobileVoice service includes Group Conference Calling, Reading and Sending E-mail and Voice-to-Text SMS Messaging, all powered by One Voice's patented voice technology.

"We are very excited to add RINA to our continually growing list of wireless carriers," said Jack Johnson, Vice President of Telephony, North America for One Voice. "The wireless companies which constitute RINA will be very strong partners in the markets they service and we believe MobileVoice will have a tremendous impact for all of these companies and their subscribers. Our new relationship with RINA is further proof of how forward-thinking, nimble companies like these can take our MobileVoice platform and use it to offer unique, cutting-edge services first in their markets by taking advantage of our simple, no cap-ex, revenue sharing model."

"RINA is committed to providing the best service available in all of our markets in terms of coverage, customer service, and now with technology that will improve our subscribers' lives," said Bert Potts, Chairman for RINA. "We feel like the MobileVoice program will allow us to offer cutting-edge services that are in high demand but are not readily available in the markets we service. We see this partnership with One Voice as a tremendous strategic advantage over our competitors and a wonderful opportunity for our subscribers. We look forward to harnessing the power of MobileVoice within our markets."
