No, and he probably never will. He controls enough shares that he IS the majority and can vote whatever he wants without a meeting.

That is the whole point of the way he attacks custodianship plays - he gains CONTROL of the shell.

We are just along for the ride. And, btw - no back seat driving!

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
