Dear_Crystalballs, El_Primer Paso_in a_MOU determines_what Percent_Codelco takes
YOU and consequently we have no focking idea what percentage of ownership/control Codelco is shooting to bloodily extract from us... this is step one numero uno in announcing even a basic MOU. It is the primary focus of even the most simple stripped down version of a MOU and your only singular responsibility to figure out, but you can't even do that.

To see the proper white man's (ie non-beaner) way of announcing a MOU you only need to look at the WML MOU announcement today where Uranium One Group U1G (ie the Russians) plans to take a 51% interest in WML's Atacama Project click here. Is it really so difficult for you to give us shat-upon financially-slaughtered shareholders the most basic of basic information on our own project?

Can you at the very very least tell us shareholders if we will be left with at least 50.1% of our company? What is that you say? No? You can't even tell us if we will be left with even 50.1% of our company? Well... I thought so. You're useless too.
