Derek Peterson is a terrible businessman and an ineffective leader and CEO

This ship is sinking.

While TRTC May have $20M in assets they haven’t yet managed to sell, they have wayyyyy more liabilities and a nasty burn rate paying for DP & Amy’s salaries and plush benefits. So nearly no net benefit to shareholders since any excess asset value gets pissed away by the day with DPs nightmare capital structure and corporate mismanagement.

This company is garbage and so is DPs Managment
