This seems to be a common occurrence with American Green ever since acquiring CannAwake. In the past, financial reports were always late, but they were at least filed when they said they would. Lately though, they've been pushing this limit - in CannAwake's case, over a year. With no repercussions really.

American Green clearly does not care about its shareholders, why bother informing them anyways? This is all pointing towards American Green going dark. The financial reports continue to get worse and worse, might as well stop reporting them at all to hide the fact that this company is not a good investment. The company's valuation is not what it used to be, press releases don't have the same ffect they once did during the hype craze, and I think American Green knows that it's getting close to endgame for their operation.
