You meant the FINRA/SEC should cancel all the common shares (SCRCQ) due to previous fraud history? Why? Did you notice that the company had filed the CH7-Bankruptcy on 09/07/2016 which was almost two years later than 2014? Anyway SCRCQ was trading above 0.08 in 2014 v.s. it stuck at 0.0001 ~ 0.0010 in the majority period after the CH7 Bankruptcy! Why its daily trading volumes are such ridiculous low as a stock with 141,084,564 shares Large OS count?

I'm wondering if SCRCQ will crash back to its All-Time-Low 0.0001 again before 12/31/2019 due to both Super Heavy year-end-tax-loss-sale and higher-price-in-buyer's cutting their huge losses?

When SCRCQ hit 0.0001 the 0.0005 buyers will lose 80%, the 0.0004 buyers will lose 75%, the 0.0003 buyers will lose 67%,the 0.0002 buyers will lose 50%, and the 0.0006 ~ 0.0030 buyers will lose 17% ~ 97%!
