What I do, Red, is copy a significant sentence (or part of one) from the content and paste that in the Google search window. In this instance, I used the following partial sentence from the 3rd paragraph of your original post:
The Eric Trump Foundation intensive care unit treats some of the sickest children in the world
And up popped the link to your post.
Fwiw, it's not always that simple and sometimes I have to try other sentences to get to the source.... and sometimes, nothing works.
