Parki thinks his "virtual" office will correct the wrongs as outlined by the Arkansas Securities Commission. Parki thinks by faking a "principal office" address in Wyoming he's cured the findings of wrongdoing found by the Commission.

Parki has neglected to re-read the part where the Commission found HHSE committed securities fraud by omitting material facts, including neglecting to mention pending lawsuits and judgements against HHSE, among other violations.

But hey, he's proud of his new, $100 a month "virtual" principal office.
