Good post, I would only correct the horrendous mistakes comment.

The company had to pull all orders in 2017 and into 2018 due to vendor issues

To save the company Bob took on toxic cn's. Had he not, there would be no company today.

Today that is in the rear view mirror and the company is poised for a major comeback.
