Yes, I have read that before. It is just BS at this level. There are OTC stocks that are above the traditional $5 share price for institutional investments, but no savvy investor would give ANY institution money to invest in penny stocks. Logically, you don't invest other people's money in companies that are not profitable. Period.
As long as these companies live on loans, they are not suitable for *ANY* institutional investments.
