BK does not make sense to me? THey do not have a lot of debt so debt holders would more likely negotiate on a payment plan. No reason to do BK and stop the free money train. More likely they have decided to go the PINK way and avoid having to show any financial disclosures.

The company is still a POS, still run by Nuts and Goof balls, but I just cannot see any reason someone would force them into BK.

Suspect we will see an announcement that they have joined the PINK ranks, meaning we have seen the last of any fiscal reporting. It really did not tell us much anyway as there were never any sales and always a lot of looses. Dr Nuts is NOT a good business person. Dr. Kook is not a good technical person. Nuts and Kooks running a company is not a good combination!
