The insiders were Liz and Stan who cancelled their 148M shares.

The $50M company coming in will be pleased to know their company is worth more than twice that amount when traders push the valuation past $200M. And that's just at a $1 sp.

Easy run to dollars ahead

And the insiders of the new company won't own a single share until they issue themselves some. At an inflated value. What a deal.
