So right as we are about to file the IND for PC some here want to change leadership. I wouldn't change managers right before the world series is about to start.

Mr Waggoner is an old man. He is at the end of his career. He is not going to take a pay cut at the end of his career.

Changing CEO's now will just delay the IND. I don't think you all need to worry about the CEO. This is his swan song.

My guess is we will become part of a larger entity and the current CEO will retire, if not someone will take over.
