I have had some dealings with 'Les McCall' and 'Zoe Graham' in the past (his daughter 'Zoe McCall'). All of which ended badly (oh and if you think I am just bitter - please check out all of the research I have carried out for this new 'con' below)...

His daughter (and usually Wife Julie McCall and son Richard McCall) as well as other family members are often placed into high-profile positions within the companies they form, with many usually utilising each other in 'deals' and 'exclusive agreements' to provide cash-flows, then they end up folding at the cost of investors (usually after a well-timed exit).

Directly from Form 1-A (part ii and iii) - search for 'Graham'...

"According to the terms of the Brand Licensing Agreement, Cloudburst shall cause Origin Distillery to distill and supply all Rooshine products for distribution in North America. Origin Distillery, Inc. was formed under the laws of the State of Florida on May 22, 2018. Zoe Graham is the Executive Chief Officer (who is also a member of our board of directors) and Richard McCall (who is an immediate family member of Zoe Graham and Les McCall) is the Vice President of Origin Distillery."

AND under 'Employees' - look where your money is going to following investment...
"after the consummation of this Offering, we intend to enter into written compensation arrangements with Larry Curran, Jimmy Little, Zoe Graham, Richard McCall, Julie McCall and Negasa Hunduma, the terms of which are still being negotiated."

AND obviously this has to be declared...
"Zoe Graham, a board member, is the daughter of Les McCall, the Chairman of the board. There are no other family relationships among the Company’s officers or directors."

The announcement relating to a partnership with 'Cloudburst Distribution Pty Ltd' - Notice of voluntary deregistration and cancelled on the ABR... really would not surprise me if it was previously registered by l'McCall's and trying to funnel money out of Australia.

They say in another share holder report "f/k/a" (formally known as) and now the company is The International Spirit Vault Ltd (ISV) - this company is listed in the UK - and guess where 'Devon' (as mentioned as Les' location ~1min) in Les McCall's recent audio interview in March. Company was incorporated in Sept 2018 with all members of the McCall family involved...

And guess who is listed as CEO of 'ORIGIN DISTILLERY INC.', alongside the VP 'Richard McCall'... (current status 'inactive')

I can't find any info about Syzygy Group Pty Ltd from their latest 22m announcement (strange as such a large $$$$ amount?!), other than it has many business names...


Les McCall has many great ideas and the 'gift of the gab' to reel people in...
