Does anyone here know why a Grey sheet stock would all of a sudden after a year of being grey start showing Green and Red hits on the tape on the Trades page of IHUB? For the past year every single trade whether up or down always just registered RED like a sell on the bid createing a solid Red column on that page and no green to be seen at all in the other column...today on SECI that tape changed for the first time starting at 3:30pm today trades stared showing as green and red. What would cause this change? It may be nothing..but was just curious.

any info appreciated..
