I need everyone on this forum to ask themselves ONE question.

Then try to answer it using sound deduction.

Why would a 30 year old, private Taiwan based company want to forego listing on it's own stock exchange and instead list here in the United States?

A collaboration with the likes of Qualcomm could indeed be the answer, and being U.S. listed could be just part of the requirement of Qualcomm.

Qualcomm trades on the NASDAQ at around $76/share
