"Oops. Another math problem?"

nope...follow the thread back..nothing particularly wrong with my math..

"We were quoting prices in kilos for silk, which is the standard for commerce."

I was talking to es1...he asked for an example of silk prices at 185 per kilo...I looked on amazon and they are selling a pound of silk for $99.00...apparently in violation of some commerce standard that says you cant use pounds?...

so I figured out the math in pounds since that is how it was being sold...I also calculated it out to $218.00 per kilo..

"$100/pound is quite different than $100/kilo."

thanks but it was $99.00 a pound and I posted that it equated to $218.00 per kilo so yea...I realize theres a difference between a pound and a kilo..

"Which price were you intending when you said $100. Pounds or kilos?"

when I said $99.00 per pound, I meant $99.00 per pound..
