My apologies for my earlier response. I had not read your post completely. After completion of the review I saw what you were getting at. You may be onto something here. I've seen a few other RM after going through the CustodialShip with such low floats. I wondered to myself why s uch a low float?

If such is the case I would have to revalue my projection of the PPS here. Instead of pennies we could be possibly looking at dollars instead.

I've held onto this stock for 5 yrs. perhaps it was well worth it.

Time will tell...
