Why are you hung up on the old business? This is a Custodialship here in progress. Which means a new company is being merged into this ticker. Ken those will no longer be a part of this company. A new company will be born using the $ARTR ticker.

Can we get with what's at hand here? Nobody needs a history on the old ARTR business. Stay focus son!
