FYI, they have issued quarterly reports almost on the bose Every 3 months going back quite a while.. and now suddenly, they no longer issue on time.. last 2 reports were APRIL.. JULY... (Oct was due around 15th) now they’re delinquent.. OTC will be putting them on “buyer beware” skull status eventually soon.. not compliant releasing the “revenues” anymore.. classic move by the pink sheet scamming types
