Researched for bigger r/m companies that are foreign
entities it takes about 2.5-3.5 months to take control.
I believe, since the company is
from China fins will need to be confirmed for the
company and probably the m&A fund. 2 sets
The name change, shouldn’t take that long at all.
But, now think it’s predicated on financial proof.
That, imho, has been the delay.
I think Sean posted something about Edgar/sec having
to validate the financial backing to SEC and then FINRA.
