Puravida how will India pay royalties when they refuse to honor the contract? They agreed to a licensing fee and only paid half of it. They agreed to pay 7-10 mil and so far it has not shown up (not one cent) in Edgar. How do you know they will suddenly honor a contract they immediately defaulted on and have steadfastly remained in default? What if they decide to only pay half the royalties if that?


India agreed to pay $7-$10M this year for training, etc. They will pay royalties on products when production begins. QMC does not have to invest capital (NO DILUTION!!)
