Only two weeks, i.e. October 28, until the Court-ordered Federal class-action lawsuit's Settlement Conference in the U.S. Department of Labor case against co-defendant On Courier 365 convenes. On Courier 365 is SPRV's wholly-owned package delivery subsidiary in California.

IMO...there will be no immediate settlement, but the potentially devastating financial outcome will definitely be on the SPRV investors' radar for months to come.
