You miss my point. Ben said nothing wrong. He also said nothing new.

If people didn't believe the SEC filing, they won't believe Ben. He added nothing to the conversation that was new.

Again, I agree with you that I don't believe KBLB is working towards privatization. Hiring a BoD is not necessary for that move to take place. But I also understand people are attempting to understand Thompson's moves, which either appear to be foolish or sinister. It's hard for me to find any justification for the way that he handled the reverse-split information.

Summary: Some people don't believe the SEC filing means what it suggests. I don't think they will believe Ben. I disagree with those who think management is attempting to take KBLB private.
