The terrible thing about trading in Pinkyland that SCAMs exist. Most though are simply dreamers starting a business, going public to get operational cash and then finding out that 'ideas' are a dime a dozen but having the skill to succeed at running a business is hard work, requires know how and there is so many pit holes to avoid....and what you manufacture or supply as a service better be something the consumer is willing to pay for.

In the end, although not a scam, the business goes defunct...and a whole lot of SHs are left holding the bag regardless.

Making it all far worse is that the typical SH has no idea what company success requires either. Including myself.
