I am not sure that you are correct. Looking at the graph, if that vertical bar represented the total shares traded for the day then there should be a lot more vertical bars. As is, the graph has a small entry in late September and no other entries until you get back to late July. If this graph represented total sales per day then that means there were no transactions in August and early September, which we know there was. Also, on a more basic level why would they put a graph representing total shares per day under a section titled “Insider Activitiy”. But I am not an expert so I could be wrong.
