PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / October 7, 2019 / Taronis Technologies, Inc., ("Taronis" or "the Company") (TRNX), a leading clean technology company in the renewable resources and environmental conservation industry, today announced the record date for the spin-off of Taronis Fuels, Inc, which is a wholly owned subsidiary in the industrial gas and renewable fuels industry.

With the Taronis Fuels Form 10 filed on September 30, 2019, the record date has now been established as November 29, 2019. The share distribution date is expected to be on or before December 5, 2019. All shareholders of record on November 29th that hold those shares until the distribution is made shall be eligible for 5 shares of Taronis Fuels for each share of the Company owned at that time.
