I don't think this is anywhere near a BK situation simply because they have a very significant sellable/leveragable asset in the $Millions that they have spent obtaining the Rights, Patents and completing multiple clinical trials with very positive results. Also, they have issued a recent update stating that they are in the process of completing Due Diligence with a Purchaser of the rights licensing.

Also, they are currently doing a capital raise to commence the final Phase 3 double blind trial required for FDA approval which will take about a year from now. I know they are raising the capital because I looked into personally purchasing shares&warrant units and have received the emails and documents for completing the transaction.

So, definitely not looking like a BK situation to me.

(Then again...nobody ever knows until it happens...)
