Offering such information about the dividend in the 11th hour isnt something I would call being transparent. How many months have gone by with shareholders believing 60/69 was the ratio??

Has GNBT interceded to set the record straight?

Only now, when the payment is imminent do shareholders possibly get the news. Maybe nothing has changed
