I don't know much about accounting aspects and what goes on with them, but I agree. They PR'd the 1Q numbers already and delivered those numbers with the 10-K.

I don't know what else there would be which would postpone releasing the financial report this late in the game.

Maybe they want to ride in on their white horse and glistening 4lessMedievilArmor kit to show the world how awesome they are, lol.
