Re: the WY thing, it looks like some one with a fake name registered about a month after Applicate Inc did in NV, with the same name as an LLC in WY. It is easy to do, the company below is a virtual building the an LLC Mail forwarding service:

Wonder if either Schaefer or Sharp did this when Minsky kicked them out?

Motive, to either screw with Applicate, Inc. out of spite, or maybe they have a more diabolical reason. What if Applicate, Inc. and ADDRESS take off, they can get on Social Media and F with us posting as Applicate (but conveniently leaving off the LLC). Then they come to Minsky and offer to sell Applicate LLC to Applicate, Inc. to stop the confusing harassment. I don't imagine BLACKMAIL is out order for whoever is doing this.

I think they forget that our CEO IS AN ATTORNEY!!!
