Yes - new article - something about a lawsuit filed against SLJB on an unpaid mortgage back from Loftwerks days which was apparently assumed by SLJB in the merger - oh and, to me what is most damning about the article is that the funds were not used to complete the building and the FBI has been contacted to find out where the funds were diverted to.

Of course, if you take a look at the SLJB board, they indicate that this is not a bad thing. hmmm.. fraud, deception and funneling money not bad? Interesting.
