As I read this, THE NAVY has the options to extend the contract, but is not required to do so.

THe implication is the the NAVY does not want to be locked into Omega any longer than it needs to be.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
