True..until they get a final rejection like the MM patent did...

I fully expect all patents to be rejected...there is nothing unique or novel about any of them..

And frankly they're not all that important for reasons I outlined in a previous post.

This whole patent topic was fueled by the company as an excuse to not market the so called 'market reay creme" two years ago...

We need to protect our IP..and I posted numerous posts supporting the company at that time.

Now it's pretty clear to see that this was nothing more than a delay tactic..exactly the same thing they've been doing in NY with the lawsuit...as they can't produce any emails to back up their claim against the law firm..so now delaying the proceeding..

I will say the hospital trials are important.....but they are not at this point indicative of anything to get excited about...

They will just validate the potential of any product the company may bring to market and at that point it will be decided if the products are a boom or a bust.
