He is by far....here is a career money list for the PGA Tour. Keep in mind this only counts prize money won in tournaments.

If we had a way to know his endorsement money (Nike, Rolex, Buick, etc) it would be even more that his prize money...WAY more.

And then there's appearance fees outside the us where he has always required a minimum of 1 million just to show up....and recently he turned down 3.3 million appearance fee to play an event in the middle east just because he is too busy, lol.
