LET'S LOOK AT THE REAL FACTS! SPRV does not own a trucking company, as implied by Amazon's photo of it's Prime-branded tractors!

Rod owns a trucking Company ???

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE 101! Lil Rod "owns" NOTHING! The SPRV shareholders "own" the Company's assets and a trucking company is not one of them!

Web to Door Trucking, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPRV Holdings, Inc., was setup to specifically to be the business umbrella for the Company's small package delivery operation in West Valley City, Utah. This Utah operation, just like SPRV's other 5 hubs, works in conjunction with an Amazon Flex Distribution Center. The other five hubs are overseen by another SPRV wholly-owned subsidiary, On Courier 365. SPRV has NO long-haul freight operation! Actually, based upon previous posted PROOF, SPRV apparently has one lowly semi-tractor trailer, but the California registration lapsed 2 years ago!
