......UWBKQ (united western bancorp) suit against the FDIC is at the SCOTUS with 10/17 presentation dates and 12/3 orals...........serious biz.......

......FDIC has used "BOB RICHARDS" to claw-back income tax refunds from the HOLDCOs of failed banks.............

......bottom line is the SCOTUS might make sweeping rulings re: failed bank HOLDCOs and the FDIC/RECEIVER.........for income tax refunds and who knows what else.................

.....FNBCQ is in limbo until this case is resolved...........might turn out positive for FNBCQ................who knows.........could get UGLY, too...
